What we do
- ETS project recovery: we rebuild and back up your ETS project from your documents, the previous installer or by analysing the installed devices.
- Fault finding: bus power supply and voltage, failed actuators, dead push buttons, addressing errors.
- Reprogramming: new scenes, timers, blind and climate logic, holiday-rental modes.
- App and touch panels: app control or touch panels added to an existing system.
- Replacements: discontinued devices replaced with current KNX-certified ones.
- Yearly check: system check and project backup.

We do not have the ETS file. Can you still help?
Yes. It takes longer: we identify the devices and rebuild the parts you use. From then on, you keep the file.
Do you work on any brand?
Yes, as long as the devices are KNX-certified.
Can you add app control to our existing KNX system?
Usually yes, with a KNX IP interface or visualisation server. We check what is installed at the visit.
